• Expectations of Clients from a Security Guard/Men/Company.
• Duties of Security Guard, Guard Commander, Supervisor, Inspectors.
• Security of Personnel, Information, Material.
• Drill, Physical Training, Personnel Hygine smart turnout & bearing.
• Self-Defence & Protection.
• Emergency Drill/Procedure.
• Basic/Quick Reflex Action.
• Basic duties & function of security guards specific to the clients.
• Expectation of clients from security personnel.
• Use of Common Sense, Security Awareness, Development of sixth Sense.
• Good Behavior, Manners and Etiquette, Respect to elders, ladies etc.
• Loyalty to the Institution & to the Client.
• Honesty of Purpose, Sense of Belonging & Esprit-de-corp.
• Sense of Gratitude to Almighty Allah, towards the Employer and the client.
• First aid.
